Welcome Back from our Principal

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Welcome to another exciting school year at The Felisa Rincon de Gautier Public School 376! I am honored to have this wonderful opportunity to be a part of an exhilarating learning community. At P.S. 376, we strive for both social and academic excellence, setting high expectations with the support of our partnerships with parents. We look forward to building a healthy partnership with our family, staff, and school community. Below is some important information about school policies and procedures:

Welcome Back to School

  • If you would like for your children to eat breakfast, you can drop your child off at the schoolyard entrance on the corner of Myrtle Avenue and Harman Street.

  • Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 7:30 am -7:50 am.

  • Students are escorted by school staff at 7:50 am to their classroom teacher.

Arrival: Arrival for students not having breakfast begins at 7:50 am.

  • Starting Monday, September 11, 2023, kindergarten students will enter through the Greene Avenue Gate. Parents will escort their children to the door and students will line up outside their classroom.

  • Grades 1-5 will enter through Harman and Myrtle Ave entrance.

School Hours: School Hours are from 8:00 am until 2:20 pm.

  • If your child arrives after 8:10 am, your child will be marked late.
